Project Overview
Asbuilt3D recently completed a detailed BIM project of a 3-story residential house, modeled with LOD 350 standards. The work was completed in 6 working days with the dedicated efforts of 3 skilled manpower. The model was prepared in inch-feet units, but Asbuilt3D is flexible and can deliver projects in any required standard.

Scope of Work

At AsBuild3D, we recently had the pleasure of working on a 3-story residential house project located in the United Kingdom.
The project required LOD 350 detailing, and we successfully completed it in 6 working days with a dedicated team of just two skilled professionals.

It was a truly beautiful house, and both my team and I enjoyed working on it. Using Autodesk Revit, we transformed the point cloud data into an accurate and detailed 3D model.

Recently, we worked on a Scan to 3D Plant project where the client required a highly detailed and accurate digital model of their plant facility.

Project Requirement

The client provided us with point cloud data and requested the final model in both Revit and AutoCAD (3D DWG) formats.

The image above shows a perfect example of how Scan to BIM technology transforms real-world infrastructure into precise, intelligent 3D models. On the right, we see the point cloud scan of a telecommunication tower—captured using laser scanning technology. On the left, the same structure has been digitally modeled into BIM (Building Information Modeling), showing a cleaner, structured, and information-rich version.

At Asbuild3D, we recently completed a challenging Scan to BIM project for a school in Greece. The client approached us with a dense point cloud scan, captured using the Leica BLK360 scanner, and requested a high-accuracy 3D model along with 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections for renovation purposes.
